Set up a school year and your classes, including their meeting days. Open the weekly or daily planner and choose a class to start a lesson. You can add reusable templates as you go.
The download is coming soon. The first Mac release is being prepared for macOS 14 or newer. Visit classroomstudio.app for the current feature overview and launch updates.
Open Print & Export and choose a week, day, subject, or substitute plan. Select the sections you want included. On Mac, you can also save a PDF.
Whiteboard opens from the lesson workspace. A configured Sidecar iPad provides the writing surface while selected lesson panels stay beside the board for Student View.
Use the backup export in Settings to save a .teacherplanner archive in a safe location. Review the restore preview before replacing data. Do not uninstall the app or clear application data to troubleshoot without first making a backup.
Confirm the device is signed in to the intended Apple Account and that iCloud synchronization is enabled in the app. Keep a local backup and contact support before resetting anything.
