What should I include in a support request?
Tell us the app, device, operating system, app version, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot can help, but remove student names, private records, passwords, and other sensitive details first.
How do I ask about privacy or data deletion?
Email support@obxsoft.app with the app name and the type of request. Please do not email student records or identity documents. Visit our privacy center for app-specific information.
