Project information
When you ask OBXSoft about a website, we may receive your name, email address, business or project details, design references, copy, images, and other materials you choose to share. We use this information to scope, build, launch, and support your project.
Your website and visitor data
The information collected by a finished website depends on the features you approve, such as contact forms, booking tools, shops, or analytics. We document those choices during the project. A project-specific privacy notice and the site owner’s policies govern information collected from that site’s visitors.
Hosting and third-party services
A website may use hosting, domain, form, payment, booking, analytics, or other providers selected for the project. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. OBXSoft will explain the services included in your build and can help you review the practical implications.
Support and retention
We keep project correspondence and working materials for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain the site, resolve issues, and meet business or legal requirements. Contact support if you need a copy, correction, or deletion request for information held by OBXSoft.
Your choices
You choose what information to include in a project and which third-party services to connect. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information by email. For questions about a website we built, email support@obxsoft.app with the site address and a clear description of your request.
Questions, privacy requests, and updates
Email support@obxsoft.app with the app name and the type of help you need. A parent, guardian, or authorized school representative can contact us about a student’s privacy. Please avoid sending private records or credentials.
Practices can differ by product version and enabled features. Changes to this information will be published here with an updated date. Our website privacy notice describes how OBXSoft handles website visits and support correspondence.
